This morning I started out biking to Park Lake for a canoe lake cleanup. Park Lake is along East Colonial Dr and Highland Ave. I left my driveway from Baldwin Park at 8:30 AM sharp. It took my usual work route along Lake Baldwin Trail and connected to Cady Way Trail out to the trail head, then made my way to Maguire and onto Colonial. I did the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5k walk today. My company created a team and a bunch of usl walked together. It was pouring down rain before it started, but stopped about 30 minuties before the walk started. There was a large number of walkers and it took us about an hour and a half to walk it, starting at about 8am. Here are some pictures from the event:
